Aspiring Leaders

The Aspiring Leaders Program is an 11-month learning experience focused on developing essential leadership skills among individual contributors. Topics covered in the program include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, influence, communication, collaboration, networking, problem-solving, decision quality, accountability, and agility.The program consists of facilitator-led and cohort-led sessions and uses a cohort-based learning community where participants can share experiences, challenges, and best practices with peers. The program includes a self-assessment and feedback session to help participants gain insights into their strengths and areas for improvement and a capstone project in which participants apply their learning.
